Christmas Day 2008

I was so excited for Christmas this year. Bellamie was really cute Christmas morning, I had to wake her up so I had Cody go in the living room to start recording and brought her out. She got a great big smile on her face and started naming all the things she could see. She was so excited to get in her car we could barely get her to open the wrapped presents. All in all Christmas was GREAT for all of us:)

Cody's family X-mas party was sooo much fun this year, now that Bellamie is a little older. She wasn't so sure of Santa at first but warmed up quickly :) When Santa gave her a present she hoped off his lap and decided to sit it instead. Everyone was crackin up. When she decided to open it, she was so happy to get a baby with a binki:)

Fun with the INK PAD!!!!

So tonight I was reading my friend Sheena's blog about her little girl getting a sharpie marker and writing all over her body. As I was writing her a comment I thought Bellamie was sitting on my desk reading a book, but much to my surprise she had found my pink ink pad and I guess decided it would be fun to wipe it across her cheek:)I don't think she even realized what she had done until I took her in front of the mirror, she gave me a really big grin and continued to find something else to play with. She's a busy little girl. Luckily it came off pretty easy with baby wipes. Well...she might still have a pink tint. lol...

Skinner X-Mas Party

On Sat. we went to our Skinner Christmas party. It was fun as always:) We ate good food, played volleyball, the kids got to hit a pinata and open presents. Bellamie liked her first present so much she didn't want to open her second one. She also found a piano in one of the rooms and thought that was pretty fun to play. i usually... go to bed way later than I should.
i enjoy... watching Bellamie learn new things.
i search... for the water bottle to do Bellamie's hair.
i wonder... What Bellamie will be when she grows up.
i regret... sluffing school and making my grandparents worry.
i love... Cody, Bellamie and Bentley
i worry... all the time.
i am not... perfect
i remember... how fun it was to be a kid.
i believe... everything happends for a reason.
i dance... with Bellamie everyday.
i don't... eat breakfast.
i write.. Cody notes and leave them places he will find them, to brighten his day.
i win... I haven't won anything for a really long time.
i lose... my mind all the time. (lol)
i am trying...to be the best mom I can be.
i never...want to end up like my mom is now.
i wish... Cody would get his insulin pump soon.
i listen... to the radio when I drive.
i don't understand... why I can't win the lottery.
i need to lose...some flab and gain some muscle.
i am happy...when Bellamie is happy.

HALLOWEEN 2008

Well, Halloween was a hit with Bellamie, she had a blast. We started the day off by going to lunch with grandma Marcia all dressed up. Then to grandma's house to wait for Charlotte and her kids to go to Black Island Farms. Off we were, we decided to walk there because it's just down the street from Marcia's house. The kids had a great time looking at all the animals, going down big slides, riding on the train, playing in the bouncy pumpkin, and teter tottering. To end our fun time we went on a wagon ride through the corn stalks and ended up at the pumpkin patch where all got to pick a pumpkins. Let me just remind you we walked... so trying to walk back with six pretty big pumpkins was a little bit of a challenge:) But we made it. Then it was off to Charlotte's to go trick-or-treating. It was alot of fun, Bellamie finally started saying trick-or-treat about half way through our adventure. All in all we had a great time. Thanks Charlotte:)
